Situated on Boulevard JF Kennedy with easy access to all the local beaches this lovely one bedroom appartment is perfect for immersing yourself in the beatiful surroundings.
Perfect for those who love walking in nature, the appartment has easy access to the local Sentier du Littoral coast walk. For those who are more sporty there are several running routes with stunning views along the coastline, catering to both amateur and professional runners choose the coast route or something more challenging incorporating steep climbs though the backstreets.
This is also the perfect spot for the more artisitic visitor with many beauty spots including the little Port d’Olivette crying out to be painted or photographed.
If you want to spend time in one of the most beautiful spots on the Cote d’Azur then this is the place to be.
Anitbes is a bus ride away or a 40min walk. One local bus will get you there. Take the No.2 which runs once an hour in the winter and 2 times an hour in the summer. Timetables are in the appartment.
The Appartment is 43m sq and has one bedroom, Living room, seperate kitchen and seperate bathroom with shower. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided
Beds are extremely comfortable, my main priority when renting a holiday let, and the sofa bed can be used as a single or a double.
Enjoy a glass of chilled Rose at the end of the day on the pretty little balcony overlooking the street. A great place to watch the world go by after a day in Cap d’Antibes.
There is a Vival Supermarket opposite the apartment but it is pretty expensive so use it only for small purchases, don’t use it for your weekly shopping however staff are freindly and it is extremely convenient for when you have run out of the essentials.

Hot water and very good shower with good water pressure.
